Qualification: Tests and
qualifies die and packaged components to Mil-Std-883, Class B and Class
S in ISO Certified and DESC suitable facilities per Methods 5004 and
5005 |

Radiation: Neutron
irradiation and total dose measurements are performed per Customer
requirements on wafers and packaged components |
|
Bonded Stores: Stores
Customer materials under environmentally controlled conditions,
handling all devices per Mil-Std-1686 |
