All customers are afforded the privilege of consistent pricing in
accordance with FAR 15.4.  Commercial, Medical, Military and
Industrial cost's are determined using the same equation.

These percentages are applied on all products of substantial quantity.
Minimum Lot Charges, Tube Multiples and Expedite Requirements are
applied equally where applicable.  Our Equation is published below:

        Commercial Material Costs + 50% (As follows)

• Material Handling Overhead 5%
• Program Management 18%
• General and Administrative 15%
• Profit 12%
